As a beautiful stylish woman, we know that it’s your prerogative to change your mind. We want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for any reason you don’t, just follow the steps below.

TERMS OF RETURNS

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT ( as of October 19th, 2018)

We hope this will inspire you to know that our clothing is more than just clothing but a lifelong piece. If you need help in choosing your size or styling please reach out to us and we happy to help you.

We work to get over 150+ new styles a year and we hope we can help you find something new that you LOVE even more if your previous purchase didn't work for you.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Within 3 days of receiving your return, we will issue an EMAILED E-Gift Card with your store credit. This never expires & can be used at any time on the website for purchases

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer 
  • Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you and until January 10th with the tags attached for ALL Christmas purchases.
  • If your package is sent back to us because it was UNCLAIMED, Couldn't be delivered etc you will not be contacted your order will automatically be refunded + $10 from your return for the return shipping fee.
  • You may not return Sale Items.
  • Sale Items on discounts 30% and higher of any kind are FINAL SALE: NO EXCEPTIONS
  • If you send in an exchange and the item is not available that you requested you will be given a STORE CREDIT
  • EVERYTHING purchased under LAST CHANCE is FINAL SALE
  • Shipping on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please EMAIL us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
  • If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to our warehouse, we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges. Only when an item is 100% damaged or defective will we refund shipping. 
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Tags that have been cut off or pinned on will not be accepted.
  • When you purchase items that are BUY 1, GET 1 FREE, we accept exchanges on sizes but if you return ONE item and not the other you will not be given a STORE CREDIT for your return. FREE items have no value for refunds. STORE CREDIT will be granted if both items are returned and in line with our return policy. 
  • We CANNOT take back an item that has been worn, even if it has been worn for a week or a day. Any items that have been worn cannot be returned.
  • Please note COLORS may VARY. Cuts of items and fonts may VARY. We work hard to depict an item in it's true form on the website but sometimes the factors above can vary. If for any reason you do not LOVE the item you received, please fill out the return form with tags attached.
  • WE NOT DO NOT accept COD's on returns. If you send your return COD it will be returned to sender. 
  • If an item is OUT OF STOCK in your order you will be issued a FULL REFUND (due to our error) onto your original form of payment

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

  • SUBSCRIPTION BOXES  are FINAL SALE. You cannot return the box for a refund. It the spirit of giving if you do not like the contents of your box we ask you to pay it forward to someone else who might enjoy it. At this point, you can also CANCEL your subscription at any time
  • Exchanges on clothing will be done on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee size exchanges but will try our best to help you.
                     

                    HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

                    • Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability.
                    • We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item.
                    • The customer pays for the shipping back & we cover the shipping on the exchanged item back to the customer

                      HOW DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?

                      • If you are using a promo code for an online sale and you do not enter it at the time of purchase. We CANNOT go back after your order has been made and give you the promo code. 
                      • All codes must be entered at the time of purchase. Please make sure you click APPLY when entering in the code. If your promo codes does not work & the system gives you an ERROR message (which it will do if it's not working, email/message us right away for assistance

                        HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE I PLACED IT?

                        • Please be advised that due to HIGH VOLUMES once an order has been placed we are unable to CANCEL the order.
                        • If you want to RETURN your order, print off the return form once you have ordered it & send back to us for a FULL REFUND (minus shipping)
