*** Current SHIPPING times have a 3-5 BUSINESS days processing time due to HIGH VOLUMES & 3-7 BUSINESS days in transit with CANADA POST (depending on location)  *** 

**** PLEASE READ the information on the  item you ordered, we sometimes have ship dates (pre order) dates listed on EACH ITEM if it's a high volume or popular item chances are it's a week in advance ship date.****

PRE-ORDERS 

  • Ship dates for pre-orders are stated on the item you are ordering
  • Please note that if you order multiple items we will ship your order once ALL pre-orders are ready to ship
  • If your pre-order is delayed, we will contact if it will be delayed more than TWO WEEKS.

We are super pleased to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $100. For smaller orders (less than $100) there will be a Canada-wide flat rate shipping cost of $12.

  • Europe & USA Shipping is $15.

Other

  • Standard delivery may take 7 days to ship from day you ordered depending on your locations. We use PUROLATOR as our shipping carrier and all orders go out Monday- Friday.
  • We cannot COMBINE shipping.
  • 5 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS deals are FINAL SALE! You can return for EXCHANGE ONLY. Each deal is VALID the day of the sale. Prices are valid for the DAY of the deal ONLY. We cannot price adjust if you ordered the item before the deal.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.

**** As of February 10th, 2015 ANY unopened packaged will be automatically refunded minus your original shipping cost and $15 RETURN FEE.

You are sent a tracking # via CANADA POST once your item has been shipped, CANADA POST will notify you to pick up your parcel.  If you do not claim your parcel it will get returned to us at which time the above policy will be taken into effect ***

DELIVERED but not received pacakges

*** To make shopping with us easy we DO NOT require signature on delivery (unless it's a business), if your parcel doesn't make it to you and it shows DELIVERED, contact Purolator and file a claim, if they cannot find the package we are NOT responsible for ANY packages showing delivered- that the customer does not receive.  This includes theft.
